4.  Cut paragraph from paper and glue to a piece of colored paper which is provided at front of classroom

This week Math 8 students are learning about VOLUME and how to calculate the volume of cones, cylinders, and spheres. Most students completed their homework last night. Math 8 students should complete the two Delta Math Volume homework assignments. 

Math 1 students started reviewing explicit vs recursive and arithmetic vs geometric sequences. They are assigned problems 1-15 of their second Delta Math Sequences assignment.

Math 8  students are completing Delta Math assignments called Two-Way Tables and Frequency Tables. Most students finished one or the other or both near the end of class, but some are still outstanding. There is a Scatter Plots Quiz on Friday. 


Math 1 students are finishing their Modeling Data projects at school so no homework tonight. Tomorrow we will finish project and begin presentations.
