1st Period - Answer the Attendance Question in Google Classroom first.
1 - Complete the Flocabulary: Earth's History assignments. You need to complete the Video, Vocab Cards (original sentence or a picture with each word), Vocab Game, and the Read & Respond. (We will do the Quiz a different time.)
2 - Finish any incomplete work from yesterday. Let me know if you have questions about anything.
3 - Be sure your Geologic Time organizer is finished from Friday. All of the green events should be cut and pasted onto your organizer into the correct locations.

2 - Complete the Fossils Review posted in Google Classroom. Follow directions to identify each fossil in the chart. (10 min. or less)
3 - Watch the BrainPop Fossils review video. (3.5 minutes)
4 - Complete the BrainPop Part 2: Quiz assignment. Use the movie and notes to help you answer the quiz. The movie and quiz will count as 1 grade, but you must complete both (3 & 4 in this assignment list) in order to receive full credit.  (Don't worry about your 'score' on this assignment if BrainPop gives you a score. I will assign your grade/credit for this assignment.)

Do not cut out the pieces. All you need to do for tonight's homework is to label the events.

"How do the texts make meaning" is asking you how they get their central ideas/themes across. Do you notice any devices they use? What is the role of tone? Setting? Speaker? Etc. Use your TP-CASTT and SOAPSTone organizers to help!

 Social Studies:

1.  Part 3 Constitution project presentations today and tomorrow!  Make sure that you are prepared!!

ELA:

Period 1:

Any unfinished classwork (from the assignment "Conservation - Lesson 2 - Academic Vocab" in Google Classroom)

Period 2:

"Environmentalism vs Conservationism" (Google Classroom)

Period 3:

Read Animal Farm chapter 2 and answer the questions in Google Classroom

Periods 4, 5:

Any unfinished classwork (Including the assignments "Autumntime SWBST" and "Conservation - Lesson 2 - Academic Vocab" in Google Classroom)

Science:

1 - Work on your Bacteria Lab Report. Follow all directions carefully. This is due Friday 3/3 by the end of the school day or 5:00 pm. You can work on this after the quiz on Friday if needed. 

2 - Study for your quiz on Friday. See GC for study materials and practice questions.
