 Science: 
1 - Finish the Acids, Bases, & pH notes in GC if you did not finish during class today.
2 - Study the "Acids & Bases" word set on Quizlet to learn new vocabulary.
3 - Reminder: You need your science kit and 5 of these liquids in class tomorrow (small amount): coffee, black tea, lemon juice, orange juice, ammonia, peroxide, bleach, vinegar, soapy water, soda, milk, rubbing alcohol, drain cleaner. Other liquids may work, also.  Ask  me if you have questions about anything! :)  

Social Studies:

Continue to conduct research using reliable sources for your Revolutionary Era People Project which is due next Monday, September 28th.  

Make sure that you are communicating with your partner.  Work SMARTER not HARDER.

Math:
1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th - Complete 4 thatquiz assignments (add integers, substract integers, multiply integers, and divide integers); do your best; do not use a calculator; grade will be taken on completion (and effort) but I want to see which operations you are best at

2nd: ALG IXL P1 Identify arithmetic and geometric sequences (100 smartscore or 20 min)

ELA:
Study Ch. 4 words for grade booster vocabulary quiz.
Read, read, read!

Core Connections - Week of 9/21 - 9/25

Please make sure you're on track for the Periodic Table Project.  By the end of Wednesday, you should have a nearly complete draft that has been reviewed for

  • your topic
  • 20 -25 elements
  • their elements' symbols
  • atomic masses
  • your rationale for sorting the elements
  • atomic numbers.  
You need to be ready to work on your final project on Thursday.  (Poster board...).

Tutoring is available on Tuesday and Thursday of this week after school if you need it.
