Another set of materials for 8th graders is available to collect. Go to the BACK OF THE MIDDLE SCHOOL by the gym doors. Please look for the bin marked "8th grade" and select the folder(s) with your student's name. A small science kit is also available - one per student.

Reminder: Attendance will be taken today.  You are marked "present" by completing your online assignments in each class. Check your email and Google Classroom for each class. 

 Science:
1 - Complete pages 17, 18, and 20 in your LearnEd notebook.  See GC for more details.  For page 20, you need to balance the equations, not simply copy them into the notebook. Hint: Some of the equations are already balanced and will not need any coefficients added.
2 - Submit your Warm Ups for this week if you did not already do this yesterday.
3 - Work on your Periodic Table Project.  Projects are due Sept. 30 - Oct. 2. Please make arrangements to deliver your poster to school.  Be sure your first and last name is on your poster. 

Math:
1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th: 
-IXL W8 Solve Two Step Equations (go to smartscore of 60 or 15 active minutes)
-complete thatquiz 1 & 2 step equations
-1st period only - make sure you answer the question in google; completion of that is homeroom attendance

2nd:
-IXL P7 (70 smartscore or 20 min) - you may have finished this already as it was part of Thursday's assignment also
-IXL P8 (70 smartscore or 20 min) 

Social Studies:

Continue to work on the product for your Revolutionary War Era People Project.  It is due on Monday during your class time. 

Remember that Social Studies Quarter 1 Warm-Ups will be collected for a PROJECT grade on Monday, October 5.  Since you complete these writing prompts in class, you should have a 100!  Make sure that all directions are followed for the entries:
