Friday, March 26, 2021

Ads for the yearbook went home Tuesday, March 23rd. Here is a link to the document. Extra copies are in the bin at the back of the gym. Speaking of the bin, several packets still need to be picked up. We started using these supplies yesterday in math.

 Science:
1 - Finish your Most Wanted Pathogen project.  Follow instructions in GC. Be sure all of your information fits onto 1 page / slide / doc (whatever format you are using). Do your best work - this counts as a quiz grade.
2 - Check PowerSchool and be sure you have completed all assignments for 4th quarter. This is a great opportunity to finish anything that you haven't done yet.

 Social Studies:
1.  Complete warm up #10
2.  Finish Flocabulary Reconstruction by 11:59 tonight for on time credit.
3.  Fill out the guide assigned in GC regarding your plans and ideas for your Arpillera.  This form must be completed before you begin your design.  Nothing should be added to the canvas at this time.  Your canvas should still be blank.

Math:
1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th:
1. Complete INB p77 Line of Best Fit (purple sheet - other half of scatterplots from Thurs; fill in blanks and glue)
2. Complete INB p78 Write Equation from Line of best fit (purple examples need to be cut off and glued; write beside the examples in your notebook)
3. Complete Google Slides "Write Equation from Trend Line"

2nd: Complete Quadratics Review Sheet

Core Connections
1. Today's assignment is Empathy Makes Us Better Readers (and Humans). Please read the story Each Kindness.  Then answer the writing prompts on the Google Form that goes with it.   You may want to keep two tabs open.  This counts as a journal grade.
2.  Please finish anything you're missing in Google Classroom.

ELA:
1. I extended the deadline for the odes until Monday morning.
2. Ode reactions (details on GC). This assignment is an INFORMAL writing assignment--just say what you think and feel! Use textspeak if you wanna!
