1 - 1st Period: Answer the Attendance Question in Google Classroom by 1 pm today.
2 - Finish your Bacteria Lab Report. Be sure to follow the directions in the Lab Report Guide posted in GC with the assignment and with today's announcement. Follow directions carefully and you should write a great report!
FYI: Quiz this Friday (2/25) on Cellular Respiration, Photosynthesis, and Microbes (including Fungi, which we will start this week).

Today, you're going to do Citizen/Community Science.
Step 1: Wake up. Birds are most active in the mornings, usually before many teenagers are awake. But birds are active in the late afternoon/early evenings, too. They're not as active during lunchtime.
Step 2: Use the Google form for today's assignment. This must be done TODAY, 2/21/2022.
Step 3: Last year many people participated in the actual Great Backyard Bird Count. Here's the registration information. https://www.birdcount.org/participate/ If you can't do this, just let me know in the Google Form.
Step 4: If you need help with bird ID, I've posted the links for you in the Google form.
Step 5: (optional) If you take pictures/videos, you can upload files on the form itself.
Social Studies:
1. Complete warm up #18.
2. Finish reading America Ch.15 Section 5 p. 535 - 537.
Answer questions 1 a and b, 2 a and b and 3 found at the bottom of p. 537. You may use a piece of notebook paper or a google doc. Be prepared to share your responses in class tomorrow.
3. Review your key terms from the Civil War unit. You will have a test on this unit on Wednesday, March 2nd.
