 Social Studies:

1.  Warm up #6 (classwork)

2.  Share your thoughts about John Brown with 3 classmates (classwork)

3.  Primary Source reading:  "John Brown's Speech to the Court at his Trial".  Analyze the document using codes:  IMP/color green= important,  INT/color blue=interesting, CON/color yellow=confusing (classwork)

4.  Review the website "Trigger events of the Civil War" in GC.  Seminar tomorrow. (homework)

Science:

1 - Warm Up (see today's slideshow in GC)

2 - Watch the Carbon Cycle and Nitrogen Cycle videos if you were not in class today. 

3 - Write your journal entry about your travel experience as a nitrogen molecule (on the back of you nitrogen 'passport' from class today).
