 Social Studies:

1.  Review the ppt notes on America 15.3 (classwork)

2.  Read and review the Interactive Notebook Material:

L4 "Early Battles"/  R4 "Early Years of the War"

L5 "Union vs. Confederate Army and Navy" / R5 "War by Air and Sea"   (classwork)

3.  Watch the video on the Emancipation Proclamation in GC.  Take notes as you watch (classwork)

4.  Study your Civil War vocabulary (homework)

1.  Continue to work on your Profiles in Birding & Environmental Justice Slides. You'll add more information as we learn more about each person.

2. Work on:  Darwin's Finches Galapagos Video and Questions.  (Google Form)

3.  Sign up for an E-bird Account for our Great Backyard Bird Count on Monday, February 19 during MTSS.

4.  Pigeonetics:  Tech Tuesday Play the Video Game from LearnGenetics from the Univeristy of Utah.

Science:

1 - Finish the Virus Explorer Interactive if you did not finish in class today. Follow instructions on the assignment in Google Classroom.

2 - Finish the Amoeba Sisters: Viruses video.  Watch the video and take your own notes on the information. Your notes may be digital or handwritten.  If you are doing digital notes, please attach them to the assignment in Google Classroom. Handwritten notes will be checked at the beginning of your class period on Wednesday. 

3 - Tomorrow is a lab day in science. Please bring a hair tie to secure your long hair, if this applies to you.

ELA

1) Any unfinished classwork (including the warmup for today)

2) Irony quiz retake on Wednesday (aka tomorrow). In order to be eligible to take this retake, you must have completed all irony-related assignments. They are designated with a "🤡" emoji in Jupiter. Make sure you see that there is an assignment in Viking Time, in addition to the assignments listed in your ELA class.
