 Social Studies:

1.  Complete warm up #19 (classwork)

2.  Review notes on human rights in GC on the Declaration of Independence and side 2 of  yesterday's worksheet on The Mecklenburg Resolves and the Declaration of Independence (classwork)

3.  Read in the America text Ch. 6 Section 2 "A Critical Time"   and review the notes in GC (classwork)

4.  Watch ATSOU "Revolution and add notes to your graffiti wall (classwork)

5.  Study for your test on Wednesday, October 4 (homework)


ELA

Period 2: Context clue quiz tomorrow. Remember, you can study using:

1) Warmup for 9/20 (in Jupiter -- click "view" and then "redo" in the top right)

2) Context clue homework (in Jupiter -- click "view" and then "redo" in the top right)

3) The 3 IXL skills on Context Clues that were posted in MTSS Google Classroom last Thursday

4) Your notes (make sure you have memorized the steps to solve a context clue!)

Period 4: Remember -- classwork not finished in class becomes homework. This includes your context clue sentences for Checkpoint 1. 

 

Science

1 - Finish the Counting Atoms coloring page if you did not finish in class. This is on the back of the Counting Atoms Task Cards page from class today. Remember to highlight the box of your answer or color the box the correct color of the answer. 

2 - Use the Phet Simulation (posted in GC today) to practice balancing equations.  Start with the Introduction, then do the Games: Level 1 first, then Levels 2 & 3. 

3 - Study for your quiz on Friday, 9/29.  See Google Classroom for topics covered on the quiz, Quizlet word sets, and practice quizzes.  Look for Quiz # 2 Review Material (posted 9/26). This is your last quiz of 1st Quarter - finish strong! 💪🏽🌟
