 Social Studies

1.  Make sure that you have completed today's classwork related to the Lost Colony: reading and notes on NC 2.4, review the slideshow in GC, watch the Flocabulary video (in GC), complete the paragraph response to L3 in your INTERACTIVE NOTEBOOK (found in the social studies binder)

Science

1 - Answer the Warm Up questions (posted in Google Classroom) on your weekly Warm Up document. Submit your Warm Ups for this week. 

2 - Complete pages 8-9 in your Matter LearnEd notebook. The directions, slideshow, and additional links are posted in Google Classroom.  This will be checked by me in class on Tuesday at the beginning of class.

3 - Finish the "Atoms & Elements" Flocabulary assignments if you did not finish during class.  Please complete the Video, Vocab Cards, Vocab Game, and Read & Respond. For the Vocab Cards, you need to write an original sentence with each word or draw a digital picture of the word.  Your sentence or picture should show that you understand the meaning of the term. These assignments are due by 11:59 tonight. Finish today and then enjoy your 3-day weekend

4 - Finish any incomplete work, if this applies to you.

5 - Study for next week's quiz on matter, atoms, and the periodic table. Use the Review Material to help you prepare (posted in Google Classroom on Aug. 30).
