Core Connections

1. Poster Project Work Day.

Nothing to turn in today, but please work diligently on your poster of the Periodic Table.

Social Studies:

1.  School House Rock Poem presentations (classwork).

2.  Define sectionalism and add it to your new vocab list. (classwork)

3.  Review slides 1-6 on the Regulator Movement in NC (classwork) (found in GC).

4.  Make a list of 10 important facts related to the events which unfolded in slides 1-6 (classwork).  Use bullet points for your list!

5.  Go to slide 7!  Read the scenario.  Create a 1 paragraph response to the question "What would you do?" (classwork)

6.  Compete the NC Worksheet SIDE 2 using your NC textbook.  Read Ch.4 section 2, p. 127-132. (homework).

Math:

1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th: Transformation Matching (posted in GC)

3rd: DO NOT FINISH CW WORKSHEET
Play around with IXL Q2 (try to get to 85 but stop after 20 active minutes)

ELA:
1. Noredink practice and quiz about adverbs
2. In class, used rubric and "judged" sample posters - turn in doc
3. Assigned a chapter 1 vocabulary word. A vocabulary poster about your word is due at the end of class tomorrow. Use the rubric and include all necessary components.

Science:
Bring your Acid/Base notes handout to class tomorrow - this is not homework.
Check PowerSchool and finish any incomplete assignments.
