Write the letters K, W and L across the top of your paper and then draw lines in between each letter to make columns.
The K stands for what you know. Write down 3 things that you know about Native American culture in the K column.
The W stands for what you want to know. This is the column for your curiosity. Write down 3 things in this column that you would like to know about Native Americans.
The L stands for learn. Watch the first 18 minutes of the documentary film "First Language-the fight to save Cherokee". Then write down 3 things that you learned in the L column.
