Step 1 due 10/25

Use a Minimum of 5 sources
Create a "Works Cited" page which correctly cites your sources (use Easybib)

1)  Select an amendment from the US Constitution.

2)  Read and analyze the language of the amendment. Come to a clear understanding of its meansing.  How and why was it added?  (What happened in our nation's history which preceded the creation of the amendment?)

Tier 1- 1-2 pages of notes
Tier 2- 2-3 pages of notes
Tier 3- 3 or more pages of notes
