1 - Complete the Water Quality information for turbidity and sediment/suspended sediment. Use the Water Quality information pages.
2 - Bring back your signed permission forms: Pond Water testing to Science class, Estuarium field trip to homeroom teacher.
3 - Finish "Testing the Waters" if you need to finish (on Google classroom). Tomorrow is the last day to turn in this assignment for credit.
Social Studies: Be prepared to move on to part 3 of the project tomorrow. You must select your product.
Study for your test on Friday!
EXTRA CREDIT OPPORTUNITY (Q2)
Join me on Friday, November 22nd on the UNC campus for a Women's History Tour honoring the Centennial Celebration of the 19th Amendment. The walking tour is sponsored by the Southern Oral History Program and will begin at 3:30 and end at 4:30.
If you are planning on attending, you will also write a 1 page reflection on the experience. Please sign up with me as soon as possible. Spaces are limited.

2) What was the issue/question put forth for the court?
3) What is the name of the case?
4) Who was involved with the case?
5) Summarize the court's findings. What did the majority state? What did those that dissented state?
6) What was the impact in today's society from the court case?
7) 5 Resources in Easybib.
I want you to be able to discuss why the case went to court, what the case is about, how the case affected society.

Social Studies: Conduct research for Part 2 of your Legacy Project. (Impact on Society, Court Case Application)
I will be at an AIG regional meeting tomorrow. I will post a webquest on Google classroom this afternoon which is to be completed IN CLASS tomorrow, Friday, October 25th.
Science:
1- Finish the Pollution Activity if you did not finish during class.
2 - Finish the Google classroom assignment ("Testing the Waters") - the password is tentblue4 for Scholastic.
