Science:

2-Do the "Solve the Outbreak" game on CDC. 
3-Deliverable: Answer the 3 questions about "Solve the Outbreak" game on the assignment in GC. Submit in GC.

2. Book Club Book Analysis--Structure.
3. Finish IXL language arts diagnostic if you haven't already.
4. If you did the Book Club Scavenger Hunt (bongo) sheet, scan it (preferably) or take a photo and email it to me.

Social Studies:
Watch the linked video about the Wilmington Race Riots of 1898.  Write down 5 questions, make 5 statements and share what you have learned with one family member.

Nonfiction Writing

On Monday and Tuesday you will work on your Nonfiction Writing.

Here is the rubric for the project you were given 6 weeks ago.

Nonfiction Rubric


You must use at least 1000 “good” words.                      _____( 100 pts)
You must have learned at least 10 facts.                     _____( 100 pts)
Grammar, Punctuation, Sentence Structure, etc.                   ____ (20 pts)
You must have at least 5 subheadings                    ____(100 pts)
You must have at least 5 images                        ____(100 pts)
You must have at least 3 citations.                        ____(30 pts)
You must either write it in book format, essay format, or powerpoint format.  _____ (50 pts)
Due April 23 on time                            ______ (50 pts)

During our Zooms this week, we are going to discuss our open ended questions we will ask the person we are interviewing about our future job.

Be careful with minutes. Minutes within the topic can be deceiving and higher than you expect. Check minutes like you would check weekly minutes and look at a specific topic.
