Social Studies: Follow the process guideline on the calendar for your independent project on the Civil War era. You should have two valuable resources in use by tomorrow. Research day tomorrow as well!
EXTRA CREDIT: Watch President Trump's State of the Union Address which aired last evening. The entire address is one hour and twenty-two minutes. You must watch all of the address and write a 1 page reflection about your personal response to the speech. This must be double spaced using size 12 font. Make sure to cite important topics with details about what the President had to say and your reaction to the President. Due by March 5th for 100 points (test credit).
Social Studies: Look for valuable resources related to your Civil War independent study topic. Utilize books, primary sources and websites to gain insight into your topic of study. Make sure that you have at least one valuable resource with information gathered in the form of a google doc or handwritten notes by tomorrow. Do not plagiarize! This will result in zero credit for you on this assignment.
Math: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd-quiz on systems (review practice problems from classwork or google classroom and thatquiz assignments)
4th & 5th - review sheet due tomorrow (Thursday); test Friday
Science: Finish coloring the Macromolecules Infographic if you did not finish during class today. STUDY all your notes on biomolecules and macromolecules.
Math: 1st, 2nd & 3rd - Thatquiz Systems HW2; quiz Thursday
4th & 5th - Review Sheet due Thurs; Test Friday
Science: Finish the Energy Molecules activity if you did not finish during class. This will be collected tomorrow and will count as a lab grade. REVIEW all of your notes on biomolecules and macromolecules! Learn the monomers for each biomolecule.
ELA: You MUST have a COMPLETE rough draft of your argumentative essay by the start of class tomorrow. We will be doing peer revising and editing.

ELA: Work on your argumentative essay. Implement the coaching I've been doing in class. You MUST have a COMPLETE draft for in-class work on Wednesday. Final drafts are due on Friday.
You need to write one thing you did well with the board game project and one thing you need to improve upon. You also need to write why. This must be at least 4 complete sentences. Grammar and punctuation will count. This is due Wednesday. Submit in Google Classroom.
ELA: I'm pushing the due date for the argumentative essay out to Friday, 2/8. Keep working on them and implementing the coaching I'm giving in class.
Science: Finish the Crash Course Biomolecules and Amoeba Sister Biomolecules assignments if you did not finish during class today. Look at Thursday's blog post for the video links.
