 Social Studies:

1.  Complete warm up #7 (classwork)

2.  Submit and share your slideshow presentation on the 5 Themes of Geography (classwork)

3.  Complete the I.N. activity #2 (classwork and homework if not finished in class)

4.  Study the SS Anchor Vocabulary (homework)

Science:

1 - Finish the ChemThink Tutorial assignment in Google Classroom (GC) if you did not finish at school today.  Be sure you complete both parts - Part 1 and Part 2.  Follow directions on the assignment document in GC. 

2 - You will need colored pencils in class tomorrow for an assignment.  Please be sure you have some to use. Let me know if you need help getting this essential school supply.

Core Connections:

1.  Please make sure you've submitted Applying Fact Checkers.  

We'll wrap up the Jams and Venn Diagrams tomorrow. 

Math 8:

Work on your spiral review.  The answer key from today is posted in Google Classroom.

Math 1: 

Complete todays packet through "Application."  You do not have to do "Reasoning."  You should also continue working on your spiral.

ELA:

Choose your word for the In-a-Word assignment (the word choice form and directions are in Jupiter)

Middle School Cheerleading Tryout Information

There will be an interest meeting for any 6th, 7th, 8th grade girl interested in trying out on Tuesday, August 27th at lunchtime in Mrs. Copley's classroom. Current fall athletes are welcome to attend.

TRYOUTS

When: Wednesday September 4th and Thursday the 5th from 3:45-5:30 pm.

Who: 6th, 7th and 8th grade students

ALL paperwork must be completed and cleared by the athletic director in the system in order to tryout, no exceptions.

*Current fall athletes are welcome to tryout and will have their tryout at lunchtime both days if they cannot make at least one of the afternoon tryout times.
