"Freedom, Sacrifice, Memory", a photography exhibit is currently on view at the Cameron Village branch of the Wake County Library through March 29th.
This exhibit highlights the fact that the Civil War was the first conflict to be recorded in photographs. These images have been collected from State Historic Sites, the NC Museum of History and the State Archives.
The library is located at 1930 Clark Ave. in Raleigh.
Hours of Operation...Mon. - Thurs. 9 - 9. Fri. and Sat. 10 - 5 and Sun. 1 - 5.
Assignment: Find 5 photographs which "catch your eye". Write a paragraph reflection about each selected photograph.
You will be given a 100 towards your test average during the 4th quarter.
