1. Pick One; Ask One.  Today, we're going to practice active listening skills in an interactive slideshow during class.  Please be PRESENT and participate as well as being "here." 

Social Studies:

1.  Test tomorrow.  Make sure that you have reviewed the materials on the study guide list.  The 2 Jeopardy games synthesize all of the information for the test.  Be ready!

*I have noticed that many students are logging in for attendance and then leaving immediately after.  Please note that your attendance, focus and a strong work ethic are required for success.  Take a look at  your effort and evaluate your progress.  Make changes where changes are NEEDED!!

Science:

Read the Human Microbiome article and answer the questions on the doc in GC. 

ELA:

1. Some of you didn't do the NRI from yesterday: Identify passive voice verbs. Make sure you do that.

2. Continue to work on your essay drafts. We have one more class session to revise.

1. Please watch the two videos on Story Corp

2. Complete the questions about the videos on theGoogle Form.   

Science:

1 - Use today's slideshow to complete any of the notes from class today (if you missed anything)

2 - Read and take notes on p.448-452 in your textbook. Notes may be handwritten or digital, but should reflect the highlights and key points from these pages. Use the headings to organize your work.

Social Studies:

1.  Review the notes on America 15.5 in GC

2.  Watch the Gettysburg Address Video in GC

3.  Begin your Flocabulary assignment "Frederick and Abraham".  You have 2 nights to complete this assignment.  It is due by Wednesday morning 3/3.

4.  Test on the Civil War this Friday.

Don't Forget:  Quarter 3 warm ups are due on Monday, March 8th.

                          Extra Credit Papers are due on Monday, March 8th
