There will be an interest meeting FRIDAY in the gym during lunch for any 6th, 7th or 8th grade student interested in running for a student council office. It will take less than 10 minutes.
Core Connections:
1. Continue working on Heroes and Hope slides (All classes but 2nd period should have completed and turned these in during class.)
2. Work on Hero Card during class (You do NOT need to work on this at home.)
ELA:
Finish your "In a Word" final draft. This includes:
1. Writing your word BOLD on the front of the cardstock (you may decorate it, too!)
2. Put your final draft of the paragraph on the back. You may handwrite OR print it out and glue it on the back.
Social Studies:
1. Complete warm up #2 on the Social Studies Warm-ups Q1 document
2. Begin working on your 5 Themes of Geography Mini Project "Cube". You will be given a workday tomorrow. The project will be turned in on Friday 8/18.
*Remember that the Flocabulary assignment is due today. If you have not completed it you will see a zero in powerschool. You have 3 days to turn in late assignments. Please email me if you are turning in late work per my earlier instructions!
