 Math: Any missing or incomplete work needs to be turned in today 10/8 by 11:59pm

1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th: thatquiz Variables on Both Sides

2nd: IXL S3 Find the slope of a graph (100 smartscore or 20 minutes)

Social Studies:

1.  Take 3 minutes to get relaxed before you start today's lessons.  (See link on GC)

2.  Add the word Preamble to your New Government vocabulary list. Define the word.

3.  Go to the School House Rock link which was posted today in GC.  Watch the video on the Preamble to the Constitution.  As you watch the video, write down a few notes about what you SEE and what you HEAR.  What kind of plans do the Founding Fathers have for our new country?

4.  Continue working on your Flocabulary Assignment: "A More Perfect Union".  Make sure that you take your time on all parts.  Do not rush.  The assignment is due by tomorrow night.  It will be the first homework and quiz grade of the new quarter.

**MAKE SURE THAT ALL ASSIGNMENTS ARE SUBMITTED BY 1:15 TOMORROW.  I WILL BE POSTING FINAL GRADES BEFORE THE BREAK!

Science:

Finish the Video and Vocab Cards for the "Carbon-Free Energy" Flocabulary assignments.  You can work on the Vocab Game if you want, but you will also have class time tomorrow to do this (along with the rest of this Flocabulary assignment, which will be assigned tomorrow).

ELA:

Study Ch. 7 words for a grade booster.

Ch. 13 idioms, be prepared to present after fall break.

Make up any missing work--most importantly tests and projects.
