Humanities:  Continue to research information for the Presidential debate on Tuesday.  Read your independent novel.  Blog posts due tomorrow!

Science: 
ALL CLASSES - Quiz tomorrow on water properties & density.  Study pages 1-3 in your binder and Chapter 2, Sections 1 & 2.  Here are a few extra tools for review:

• Listen to this song about Water Properties (1st, 2nd & 3rd period - you heard this in class!) - how many properties do you recognize? Can you explain them?  
• Click here for a few practice questions about water properties (just ignore the pH questions). 
• Click here for a review of water properties - scroll through the terms, then click on "Scatter" or "Space Race" for a review game!  You can also click on "Test" for a practice test.

 4th & 5th Period - finish the "Explanation" section of the Liquid Layers activity.  Analyze each layer in the test tube and explain its position.  You can use bullet points for each liquid instead of sentences.  Use words such as lower density, higher density, above, below, less dense, more dense in your explanations.
